Our promise.
Every Satéur piece is covered by Lifetime Satéur Care from the day it leaves the Maison. If we made it, we stand behind it — for as long as you wear it.
Our promise has three parts:
- We restore. Loose stones, bent prongs, broken clasps — repaired by our atelier.
- We polish. Free professional polishing on request, twice a year, for the lifetime of the piece.
- We replace. Manufacturing defects covered with a like-for-like replacement, no questions asked.
What's covered.
Lifetime Satéur Care is included with every purchase, automatically and at no charge. It covers any piece we manufactured.
Included for the life of the piece
- Manufacturing defects (loose stones, plating flaws, structural failure)
- Professional polishing — twice yearly, free of charge
- Prong tightening and stone re-setting
- Clasp and chain repair on necklaces and bracelets
- Initial sizing for rings (within 30 days of receipt)
Available at minimal fee
- Re-plating after natural wear (after 12+ months of daily wear)
- Re-sizing rings beyond the first complimentary adjustment
- Replacement of lost stones (where stone is not a manufacturing defect)
Satéur Care+.
For total peace of mind. A one-time $79 upgrade that adds no-questions-asked repairs and replacements for accidents, misadventures, and the occasional dropped ring down a sink.
"Care+ is the answer to the most asked question we get: what if I lose a stone, what if I drop it, what if my dog finds it. The answer is — we'll handle it."
Care+ includes:
- No-questions-asked repairs for accidental damage
- Stone replacement if a Satéur Gem® is lost (one occurrence)
- Full coverage on plating, prong, and structural integrity
- Excludes: certified lab diamond pieces and solid 18K gold pieces (these are covered separately under our diamond/gold warranty)

Fair use & limits.
Lifetime Satéur Care covers the piece, not the wearer's intentions. A few sensible limits keep the program sustainable for everyone:
- Damage from negligence (left in a pool, struck against a hard surface, exposed to harsh chemicals) is repaired at cost
- Loss or theft is not covered (insurance is recommended for high-carat pieces)
- Modifications by a third-party jeweler void coverage on the modified element
- Resale to a second owner is honored if proof of original purchase is provided

Repair turnaround is typically 2–4 weeks from receipt at our atelier. We'll provide a tracked return label, complimentary, on every approved Care request.
