The 30-Day Diamond Guarantee — Terms

We're confident nobody will guess your Satéur ring isn't a diamond. So confident, we'll back it with a guarantee.

How it works:

  • Wear your Satéur ring for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • If someone guesses it's not a diamond based on appearance alone, you're eligible for a full refund.

To claim:

  1. Contact us at info@sateur.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Tell us what happened — who guessed, and in what context.
  3. Return the ring in its original Satéur box and packaging. Once received and inspected, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Conditions:

  • The ring must be returned in good condition, consistent with normal daily wear.
  • The guarantee covers visual appearance only — not identification through professional gemological equipment, chemical testing, or magnification tools. The bet is about what people can see, not what a lab can measure.
  • One claim per customer, per order.
  • The ring and original packaging must be returned before any refund is processed.
  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving the return.
  • This guarantee is in addition to your standard return rights, not a replacement for them.

Why we offer this: Over 100,000 customers. 10,000+ five-star reviews. Not one person has told us their ring was spotted. We made this guarantee because the product speaks for itself.
