Our gems are engineered to match the sparkle of $10,000 diamonds—to the naked eye. If you’re not convinced, compare them side-by-side with any natural diamond. If you notice a visible difference, we’ll refund you.

How it works:

- Request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order

- Share a photo of your Satéur piece next to a diamond of the same cut

- Return your item in original packaging

A USD$19 service fee applies for all returns (covers restocking and inspection). Shipping costs from your original order will also be deducted.

Every piece is made to order, but if it’s not what you hoped for, send it back—no questions asked.

How it works:

- Purchase directly from sateur.com between Aug 1, 2022 and Dec 31, 2026

- Notify us on the same day you order at info@sateur.com with subject: "30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee"

- Try it for up to 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, request a refund via the same email chain

- Return the item (with original packaging) via a trackable mail service within 45 days

Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Service Fees:

- USD$19 for standard returns (925 silver, plated items)

- USD$179 for 18K gold items (covers reprocessing and materials)
Shipping charges are non-refundable:

- USD$8.97 for Standard Shipping

- USD$27.83 for DHL/UPS Express

Returns & Exchanges

Wrong size? Changed your mind? We’ve got you.

You can request a size exchange or store credit within 90 days. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

To start:

- Email info@sateur.com with subject: “Refund/Exchange Request”

- Specify your request (refund or exchange, and new size/product if applicable)

- Ship your item using a trackable mail service to the address we provide

Same service fees apply as above.

For Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video

- If approved, we’ll send a replacement or offer store credit

- You may be asked to return the original item

We do not charge a restocking fee for errors on our part.

Important Notes

- We do not accept returns for custom pieces, altered items, or sale items

- Refunds/exchanges are only valid for purchases made directly on sateur.com

- Items resized or modified by anyone other than Satéur are not eligible

- Shipping delays do not qualify for refund—our pieces are shipped globally from multiple warehouses and timing may vary

- Do not reject the delivery—unclaimed packages are not eligible for refunds
