How it works
- Purchase directly from sateur.com between Aug 1, 2022 and Dec 31, 2026
- Notify us on the same day you order at info@sateur.com with subject: "30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee"
- Try it for up to 30 days. If you're not satisfied, request a refund via the same email chain
- Return the item (with original packaging) via a trackable mail service within 45 days
Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Wrong size? Changed your mind? We've got you.
You can request a size exchange or store credit within 90 days. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
To start a return or exchange
- Email info@sateur.com with subject: "Refund/Exchange Request"
- Specify your request (refund or exchange, and new size/product if applicable)
- Ship your item using a trackable mail service to the address we provide
The same service fees apply as the Money-Back Guarantee section above.
For damaged, wrong, or missing items.
If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video
- If approved, we'll send a replacement or offer store credit
- You may be asked to return the original item
We do not charge a restocking fee for errors on our part.

- We do not accept returns for custom pieces, altered items, or sale items
- Refunds and exchanges are only valid for purchases made directly on sateur.com
- Items resized or modified by anyone other than Satéur are not eligible
- Shipping delays do not qualify for refund — our pieces are shipped globally from multiple warehouses and timing may vary
- Do not reject the delivery — unclaimed packages are not eligible for refunds
